2. New Connection & Installation
Installation timelines may vary depending on infrastructure availability and local conditions. NK Broadband reserves the right to refuse service where installation is not technically feasible.
3. Subscription & Billing
Customers must pay subscription charges in advance according to the selected broadband plan. Services may be suspended if payment is not received before the due date.
4. Fair Usage
Customers shall use the service only for lawful purposes. Any activity that affects network performance, security, or violates applicable laws may result in suspension or termination of service.
5. Service Interruptions
While NK Broadband strives to provide uninterrupted service, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, fiber cuts, power failures, equipment faults, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration information.
- Protect account credentials and Wi-Fi passwords.
- Ensure equipment is used properly and not tampered with.
- Promptly report faults or service issues.
7. Equipment
Any modem, router, ONU, or related equipment provided by NK Broadband remains the property of NK Broadband unless specifically sold to the customer. Damaged or unreturned equipment may attract additional charges.
8. Suspension & Termination
NK Broadband reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of non-payment, misuse, illegal activities, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability
NK Broadband shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or inability to access the internet.
10. Changes to Terms
NK Broadband reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this website.
